My name is Amelie, I am 20 years old and I will begin my Bachelor’s degree in International Business at Maastricht University this coming semester. I am looking for a suitable accommodation in Maastricht, where I plan to stay for at least three years.
I am a responsible, open-minded, and well-organised individual. My parents own several rental properties themselves, therefore I am aware of the importance of a tenant looking after a rental property. Last year I spent five months backpacking through Southeast Asia, which taught me valuable lessons in financial independence and personal responsibility.
While my father, formerly Director of Global Sales & Marketing Operations at an internationally operating company, has sadly passed away, my mother – a long-time successful bookseller – is prepared to act as guarantor. If necessary, I can also provide a recent bank statement or other proof of funds to confirm my financial means.
I do not smoke, I don’t play a musical instrument and I have no pets. I would be grateful for the opportunity to be considered as a tenant and am happy to provide further information or documentation upon request.
