I am an incoming Master student at the School of Business and Economics who will also be tutoring at the same time in the University. This place stood out to me as it is really close to my school and library, and I am looking for a place where I can study in a peaceful environment. The location is amazing, the studio looks clean and well organised which is exactly what I am looking for. I am then therefore looking for a place in which I can move-in on the 1st of September.
I am a 21 year old female Belgian student, I am working alongside my studies however my parents act as my guarantors ensuring the full coverage of my rent (5600€/monthly income in my household) if required. I also have 30,000€ in savings which I will be happy to provide proof of. In my free time I like reading, watching movies and cooking. I think I would be a great fit to take care of a place like this as I am very tidy and responsible. I have lived in Maastricht in the past three years and got along really well with my previous landlord and had to move out due to my Bachelors coming to an end.
