Fokion is looking for: A Studio in Maastricht

Dear owner,

My name is Fokion Valvis and I am currently looking for a room / appartment as I am now completing my 1st year of studies in the University of Maastricht.

In terms of introductions, I am studying Internation Business Administration. I am currently renting a studio in a Student Housing facility and my rent contract will expire in the coming months, hence looking for a new room or appartment, preferably furnished. I live alone, do not have any pets, do not smoke and would prefer to have a 12+ months contract, open to even longer term, as my degree will be completed no sooner than the summer of 2028. It would be prefered to rent the space from 1st of June onwards, but open to discuss an earlier contract if this is not possible.

My father is my financial sponsor, supporting me with my study expenses. He works for a Private Healthcare Group in Greece as a Head of Strategy. His annual gross income is over 100,000 and leaves in Athens with the rest of our family (I have a brother and a sister).
